How much cash I need on hand? Hi gurus, I'm currently selling my HDB unit and hunting for pte condo. I plan to use anticipated profit from HDB sale and cash on hand for the purchase. If I see a condo unit tat I like and wish to make an offer before my HDB selling is completed, how much cash do i need to have. What are the options I have if I want to secure the unit?
