If you are unable to find the agent under the CEA Public Register, then he or she should b a vogue agent and you will need to report this to PropertyGuru as well to remove the agent's listing. On top of that, being a responsible citizen or resident in Singapore, you should report this to CEA as well because it is against the law to be an agent without being registered.
