s***@gmail.comRepliedIn most cases, once negotiations move outside PropertyGuru, such as to WhatsApp, it appears you cannot follow up to rate the agent unless they provide their unique link. Since agents typically share the link only with tenants they have had positive interactions with, their ratings end up being exclusively 5 stars. This practice effectively avoids any 'negative' ratings by withholding the rating link. Very sad that property guru does not allow raiting by other verification methods.
