I am a PR, single. Can I buy a resale HDB with my father who is also a PR?

If I can't buy with my father, can I add my non-citizen mother as essential occupier to form family nucleus in order to be eligible to buy resale HDB? If yes, my mother must hold long term visit pass?

1) Yes, if both of your SPR statuses have met the required minimum of 3 yrs and you must be 21 yrs or older.
2) Your mother will still be the essential occupier of the flat because of her marital status.
