I am a Singapore Citizen and am looking for a 3 bedroom (1119sq) in NUOVO. I currently have a 5 room HDB flat(already 5 years) in Punggol. Will be selling the HDB flat off if i found a good unit in NUOVO.

Understand that NUOVO is an EC. May I know NUOVO is how many years after TOP? Does COV applies to NUOVO EC? How many percent of downpayment applies if I happen to want the unit? Can I use CPF to pay for NUOVO EC?Trying to workout my cash outlay.

Also heard from a friend that for 99 years condo, the valuation will decrease as the years passed. So will it be cheaper(comparing to this year) to buy NUOVO next year?
