I am amarried singaporean with kids and is considered a first time buyer for HDB. Currently earns 11.5k++ (our 3 kid are still under 12 yrs old). Really interested with new ECs or DBSS if allowed to buy especially for those balance units at Toa Payoh's The Peak etc. Is there any way for me to be eligible for DBSS and EC given our total house hold income is around SGD 11.5k? Do advice gurus.

Afternoon,

You are not eligible for the EC nor DBSS as you have exceeded the income ceiling. Would you like to expand your horizon onto resale units instead?

    thank you. no choice but to look into condo or resale hdb then. been looking for any affordable EMs at mei ling but cannot find sub 750K prices anymore. Do you have any leads on this?
