I am an agent selling a condo for my friend cum owner but she dare not to commit herself to sign exclusive with me. I respected her decision and promoted the listing for her and get customers to buy her unit. Many good offers came in but she rejected the offer. Never mind, I still tried hard for her and hope to close for her. One agent by the name of Nancy called my owner/friend and my owner/friend told her that she has already asked me to market for her. The agent Nancy undercut my price so as to rob away my customers from me, this make my selling difficult.

My point of sharing is owners will lose out in terms of pricing and the agents, even worked so hard for the owners, and in the end were undercut by the agents who do not respect other people hardwork and feeling.
