I am getting married in Feb 2021. But I intend to get the house at least by Dec or Jan so I can just move in after marriage. Both of us are divorced. Im 34 and my fiance is 40. Looking for fully firnished premium 4 rm HDB in punggol area. I have submit my intent to buy through HDB and apply my HLE. But understand that HDB ruling allow purchase of resale flat 3mths before marriage. I need advise.
