Good afternoon Sir,

SPR household must be SPR for 3 years individually before you are eligible to purchase a resale HDB. You have to wait 2 more years if not you can consider to apply for citizenship.

For SPR household, all of them need to be a PR for at least 3 years before being eligible for a resale. You may purchase HDB in an event either you or wife becomes Singaporean or all of the household members have reached the 3rd year mark on obtaining PR.
