I heard the govt recently implement a new rules that SIN PR can only buy HDB after 3 yrs? What is the real story? Is it new HDB or resale?

Evening Mr. Meng,

This ruling is applicable to HDB resale unit, since PR couples are not applicable to BTO. But if one of you are SC and the other is PR, this ruling will not apply.
