I am interested in several projects which TOP in 2012, but many of them are sub-sales and not directly from developer. As a buyer, is there a difference between sub-sale and buying direct? I heard that a sub-sale buyer has no legal right against the developer if there are problems with the unit. Is this correct?

Hi Snow;

Sub-sales buyers still have legal rights against the developer as after the conveyancing process,all the legal rights from the previous owner is now transferred to you.The only difference in buying from sub-sale market is you pay a higher purchase price as the owners would want to make some profit from the sale of their homes..I have a few new projects that are direct from developer,please feel free to contact me if you would be keen..Thanks
