I am looking at becoming a FULL-TIME property agent. I have NO sales experience NOR property market details whatsoever. I am afraid that this might be a wrong choice for me.

1. How much capital I need to start? (Course fees, advertising fees, taxi fares/no car... etc)

2. How long does it takes before someone goes solo full pledge?

3. Is there CPF system?

4. Is there any basic salary?

5. Is there a fix time where we must report to office daily?

6. As I read in newspaper, a property agent left his career to be a casino dealer. Is being a property agent really stressful and bad?

7. Everyone lists the pros of becoming an agent, may I know the cons instead?
