I am looking to join an agency with the most helpful mentor which I view is the most important. most of the division director from various agency would want me to join but we need to fork out 'course' fee in order to join.
they would aways say we got nothing to lose if we join them but in fact it is them who got nothing to lose coz we need to fork out $$ for the course.
