Dear madam,

James has pointed out that you will only be eligible to purchase resale EC as both of you are PR of Singapore. The payment scheme will be similar to that of a resale property, where the maximum loan eligible for 1st property will be 80%, where minimum 5% has to be cash up front, with balance 15% of the downpayment either in CPF, cash or combination. Take note that you will be subjected to Additional Buyer's Stamp Duty for your purchase too.

Unfortunately no, SPR households can't purchase new EC from developer. You can purchase resale EC or private condos though. For SPR 1st property purchase, typical breakdown as follows:

Cash 5%
Cpf 15%
Max bank loan 80%
Stamp duties and legal 8% approx

To buy an EC, you must have at least a Singaporean.

You may buy a condominium or alternatively buy a HDB resale flat and upgrade to EC later on.

There must be at least one SC applicant for EC Purchase. Nonetheless you can consider purchasing a private property as there are project that are selling almost at EC price.
