5) The buyer only needs to focus on the location, type, size, level, and even the facing they want and let the buyer's agent find and monitor the availability.
6) The buyer just needs to let their emotion decide whether this unit is their ideal choice, let the agent deal with the financial calculation, and negotiation, and bring back the result.
7) A buyers' agent will also deal with all the paperwork and advise on the necessity and consequences of some of the figures fill in on the OTP.
8) The buyer will just need to sit back and wait for the legal paperwork to process accordingly.
9) The buyer shall plan for their renovation and work on the style, colors, types of furniture, etc, to fill in their ideal home.
