I bought a terrace recently and seller has asked for stay extension to allow his new home Renovation. Got the key 2 days ago and seller agent told us there is no final inspection as this is not a rental normal rental transaction with an inventory list. More frustrating, seller removed built in oven, bathroom hanging mirrors and also letterbox perched on the outer fence pillar. Seller agent asked that I speak to my lawyer if I demand these things. Can you advise the right/recourse of a buyer of a landed property in Spore? Agent even said landed sale different from condos so don’t expect the seller to leave behind things like built in oven.
