My family and I have viewed an apartment somewhere in Pulasan, pool view only. My children love it very much. I paid very much above valuation with the condition that the seller can give us the early handover. The seller agreed to the price we offer and we give them a 1% deposit for security. Upon received of the deposit they said that to give them a week to decide whether they can give us the house earlier. We give them a week to decide and now they come back to said that they are unable to deliver and rent any place and further said that if we want early handover we pay for 2 months rental for them at their rate. From day one, I have spell out that the price I offered include the rental he may occur for early release. At this juncture, am I a sucker if I oblige to his condition? OR they are greedy for more money? What is the limit? Should I go ahead with the transactions? What is the risk?
