I co-own a hdb flat with my mum.
I am planning to buy a resale hdb flat with my wife.

I am considering whether to take my name out of the current flat, and rent it out upon the purchase of a new flat, or sell the flat to finance the new purchase.

Any maisonette in jurong west under 500k?
