I don't have much money. I am almost broke. Is there a way I can buy a 3-room flat for the purpose of renting it out for my income? I need answers please. Thank you.

You can buy. There are many tools to help solve financial problems. Recently just helped to solve one. May not be as tricky as yours, but you never think and try, you will never see light at the opposite end of the dark tunnel. =)
