Hi Hitomi, only a household consists of a Singapore citizen is able to hold on their HDB when they purchase a private property. If its a SPR household, they must sell off HDB within 6 months after condo purchase completion. So does your household consists of a SC? If both are SC, 7% ABSD is payable. If you are purchasing as a SC/ SPR household, it will be 10% ABSD. If you need any aassistnce in your property purchase, feel free to contact me. Cheers!
