I found some HDB ads, that the agent does not want to deal with agent but with the buyer directly. Is there any reason for doing that. Thanks for you reply in advance.

Morning Patricia,

What those salesperson have done have conflicted with the CEA ruling where dual representation is against the act. Normal ethical salesperson would prefer to cobroke their listing as they would not need to worry about the paperwork for the counterparts.
