I had been staying at this 5rm flat for the past 10 years. Thinking of upgrading it. I had fully pay my flat using CPF. Now I wish to sell it off and what I need to know what will be the estimate hard cash will I recieved. My house is simple and not much been done up but it have been keep in good condition. I'm staying ard 520 - 525 area. Staying at 9th floor. Area is woodlands. And I brought the flat at 230K plus. Hope to get some information from here.

Hi Rick,

The recent transacted price in the area is between $455,000 to $500,000. Looking at the information that you have provided, the sales proceed if you sell your HDB should be about 200 plus thousands. However, I will need more information from you before I can help you draft up a full financial plan with all the costs listed down.
