I have 8 member in my family .Myself, my wife ,my 5 childrens and my mother-in-law .We had sold our 5 room flat at woodlands dr 14 last june.Now living with my brother-in-law.I am looking for 3 room hdb unit at woodlands or marsiling area .I had took 2 times laon from hdb and now trying to appeal for the third time and both my appeal were approve and was expiry before I and my agent could find the resale house.Now how can I buy the house if all the unit that I look for is asking me cash cov where I cannot ever cash out any amount of cash that they ask for.Please help me who can I ask if I really need to have 1 unit for my family and I.
