I have a 3 bedroom condo to sell. Understand that the secondary mkt is very quiet now and the prices are coming down. However, the prices for new launches have not. Is there a possibility that it will be coming down too?

Depending on the location and characteristic of property, secondary market property still have buyers!! Not all the launches are fully sold! Contact me @ 94386522  if you are keen to sell you property. Read More

The resale market is picking up especially at the areas outside city.

We are seeing that the amount of transactions have gone up in recent months, it would be best if we can meet up for a short discussion , if time permits, on your intended transaction price and we can see how things go from there.
