Hi,

May I understand your motivations for the sale? Is it to re-organize the property portfolio or perhaps to cash out for a business venture? If there's an opportunity to make better use of the capital, sure why not? I would say based on present day announcements, most of the growth and infrastructure plans have been factored into the resale prices in the area. There potentially could be more announcements to give the area an uplift and overall prices could trend further based on these price catalysts.

Selling a property can be good as long as you have plans post sales where the proceeds generated from the sale can be divested wisely to give you further returns. During market high, even if you are able to sell on a high but if you do not have plans for the proceeds to be used, the money could be sitting in the bank with low interest returns.
