I have a 5rm flat at 652 Punggol Central low level that would reach MOP in Jul. The prob is i'm divorced and my ex-wife and i can't agree on an agent.

Plus how will the sales proceeding be split, as i'm currently an undischarged bankrupt.

Hi Roy,

You may like to seek an advice from the lawyer on how can you settle on the sales proceeds.

Usually the Court Order will spell out the settlement on the sales proceed, the selling price for the flat, and probably which party to be in-charge in the selling of the flats.
