I have an old walk up at Haig Road . with residential title being half of land. The land being 163.2 sq m with plot ratio of 2.8 This walk up is the upstairs of a medical clinic which also has residential title as half of land. Both my unit and the clinic Has 2463 ppr. There are altogether 8 units upstairs and 8 ground floor units on residential title. The actual living area is about 1300 sq ft I have advertised in property guru for many months, trying to sell it at $1-2mil but till date still cannot sell. Is my property overpriced? Any good agents to recommend
