I have engaged a agent to market my flat, however, she seem very unprofeessional. When there is a viewing from buyer she would call to me to show the buyer myself as she is engaged with another house viewing. When can I do with her please help?

hi ivy,
talk to her over this matter. since youhad engaged her to help you sell your unit, she must be fair to you and show professionalism.

However, if she still didnt do a good job, the last resort will be terminate her exclusive.
