I have engaged an exclusive agent for sale of an unit. However, I would like to terminate this contract. should i wait till 3 months later or i can terminate now? Is 2 months into the contract. is there any other implication if i terminate ?

I believe there is always a reason for it, anyway, like what all those agents have mentioned, you can terminate the exclusive anytime.
Pls do tell the next agent whom you might want to engage what he or she has to take note off. So they will not be in the same fate as this current agent.

Good morning,

It might be good to have a discussion with your current agent before terminating the exclusive. However, should you decide to proceed with it, exclusive can be terminated anytime with text and email.
