Hi,

This is true that SPR is not included under Dip clause. As the clause is mainly for foreigner who are always & easily re-deploy due to business needs.

As SPR status, it meant that you had always intend to stay in local, that was why Dip clause is non-relevant to SPR & SC. This cannot be used as an escape exit to terminate the tenancy agreement intentionally even if the landlord agreed to include that in the agreement.
