I have just moved to a new room in a landed house two and a half month ago. The house looks obviously not maintained well, lots of rust. Last night power down for entire house because of one fuse burnt. And the cost was split and charged to all of tenants - $50 this time. It seems this happened quite often, its 4th time, 3 times last year. Agent never informed me about this before I sign the agreement. Is it not against the obligation or due diligence as an agent?? If I knew that, I wouldn't have signed it. Now I am scared how often it will be happened and any risk of fire/incident here. Even I was surprised to see that main electric box in front was not locked. Are there any authorization I can report or ask an investigation?
