I intend to sell my 4 room HDB. I wish to know if there is a sum of 'profit'(there is a balance sum after deduction of CPF withdrawal plus accruel interest, and payback of the bank loan); will this 'profit' need to return to CPF, any rules for this. OR it will be passed back to me after the transaction done at HDB.
