I just passed the CES exam. Now I am looking for an agency to join, but I found some agencies still ask me to sign in their training courses before I can join. I found this is very annoying.

Although I have passed CES, I do not belong to any agencies and do not have experiences in transactions. If your team is looking for new agent, and there is NO any courses before I can join and start my career, please contact me.

Agency's own training course will have different value, it teach you what CES don't cover. Example, getting listing, marketing strategy, negotiation skill, effective communication etc. One of the reason that government enforce all housing agent must pass relevant test is because too many agents want to take short cut way to success. If you sincerely want to build your career as property agent, find an agency which provide continuous training, and go with empty cup, not full cup, then you will make it far in real estate. My 2 cents advice. Read More
