I wanted to sell my property if I have a buyer in any chance. The problem is I also rent my property out. How can I do it in a way, to let my agent(s) to view the house, without upsetting my present tentants? I do not want to lose this tentant, as I do not know what are the chances that I can sell away this property. Please advise.

Hi Aw-Yeong,

It is always difficult to sell a unit that is tenanted but it is not impossible. I do have few units that my owners want to sell with tenancy.

Yes, we do not want to cause any inconvenience to the tenant and same time do not want to miss any opportunity is selling the unit. I would suggest that you work with a sole agent on this case, so your agent can better manage all enquiries for you. He will screen all buyers to ensure that they do have the budget for your unit and is a serious buyer.

So we only open viewings for serious buyer and same time, will have to select the appropriate time schedule which not cause inconvenient to the tenant.

I would be glad to help you in this matter to sell your flat. You can email me more detail info on your unit for me to do the rest. Please feel free to drop me an email or call me directly for further discussion.

Thanks & Best Regards
