Hi Mahli,

For Private, seller is 2% commission.

In my opinion, it is always better to let your sole agent handle your sale than to do it yourself. Why 2%? Because the agent will cover for all the marketing and advertising cost, running up and down for seller, and ensuring all paperwork done in order. Handling yourself then you have to prepare to bear this cost and the many calls coming in which you will need to entertain. Get an agent and let your agent fix up all appointments or viewings for you.
