I would like to upgrade to a condo as an investment. But am looking only at 4Bedroom with cost less than $1.3m.Currently staying in HDB EA in CCK with loan fully paid. Which one is better, to get an Exec Condo which means selling my HDB or to get a resale Condo and still be able to keep my HDB house?
