If 2 semi-d houses are combined for sale, how much more is selling price psf than if each is sold individually? What happens to the titles of the 2 semi-ds? Must it be merged ? The properties are located in Upper East Coast.

Hi Yeng Kwan,
It is a very good question.
Base on your brief questions and information,
1. it will get a better pricing in some cases.
2. land titles remains unchange
3. new owner will decide on the use of the land, if needed they will apply for a merge of titles.
I will need to know more details on the land size and zoning before I can put in more detail information for you.
