Hi there!

- Selling your resale 5-room HDB flat within 3 years is not allowed under current HDB rules.
- The Minimum Occupation Period (MOP) for HDB flats is 5 years.
- This rule applies regardless of whether you took the first-timer grant or not.
- If you sell before completing the MOP, you'll have to return the grant and may face penalties.
- You’ll also be ineligible to buy another HDB flat until the MOP is met.
