If the hdb owned by company is it true that aside from 1 month advce and 1 month deposit, there is admin. Fee and stamp fee? Coz i am planning to rent apprved unit at blk 30 toa pa yoh i have told by agent since its approved unit and owned by company i have to pay 642sgd admin.fee and stamp fee.? Whats the admin.fee for?
