I'm a foreigner working in Singapore on an EP/PEP and pretty keen to buy a 2-3 bed rms ap't in compass heights, since this is a 99yr lease property, can some1 pls advice if I can own one and how much loan will I be able to get from the bank

Dear Lalit

You can buy the condominium irregardless whether it's a 99-yr, 999-yr or freehold.

Normally, for a foreigner, one can get up to 70% from the banks.
