Asked by
I'm a new property agent starts on 1 January 2014.
Heard from my upline agent said that I need to get 6 CPD by October 2014 in order to renew my license.
However I read from CEA website, mentioned that new agents are exempted for the first cycle.
What does it mean? Do I need to get 6 CPD by October 2014? I'm confused, appreciate if someone can answer the question here. Thanks!

Hi there,

This happened to me years back too. I will advise you to ring CEA up and check with them and at the same time, to take up CPD course to play safe.

Cheers!
