I'm aware that there is a 'set-up' cost involve if i want to join as a property agent... such as getting the CES cert, training fees. May i know what is the rough $$$ needed? I've talked to one of the agents and the fees seems to be kinda high... i've done a calculation, just the CES and in house training is 1.5k.
Other costs include company pass, office table rental, company phone rental, company blazer... and isit normal that printing of name cards, brochures, flyers etc must be done within the company?
