What is the reason for the no-show? I guess it is important to communicate between yourself and your appointed salesperson. If he/she has a genuine reason for not being able to turn up, is it fair to penalise him/her in reduction of his/her earning?

Unlike a typical employee, we do not have paid leave or medical leave, therefore unless the appointed salesperson does not have a valid reason for the no-show, I guess it would be unfair to immediately consider cutting the commission.
