I'm currently a owner of 2 room condo, intending to sell my unit soon. I would like to ask whether are there property agents that can help me to carry out paperwork and nego with the seller only? I am thinking of doing partial diy - i.e. advertise, promote, marketing, answering phone calls, screening, arranging for viewing, explaining & talking etc etc. Instead of standard 0.5-1% comm, can I pay like 0.25% comm once the deal is completed? The agent need not be present at every viewing, however he will be informed and he needs to come down only when seller wants to do final nego or make deposit. If the buyer does not have any rep agent, can my this agent represent him too? Does it contravene the CEA law? Thanks a zillion!
