I'm single and have applied a unit via DBSS with my parents (all are owners). I would like to know if due to unforeseen circumstances that the family nucleus is no longer exist before TOP, am i still eligible to own DBSS? if not, can i get back all my payment? Must I engage a lawyer to write in to the developer? Anyone has came across such case or similar case, would appreciate your advise.
