In the recent Tech layoffs, I have been impacted and thus my EP will be getting cancelled next month and I'll be issued a 90 day STVP. Can I continue to stay in the same apartment for the duration of the STVP or do I need to vacate the house and stay in a hotel?

Sorry to hear about the situation. You are able to stay in the property as you should be serving the notice period too for the apartment. Do inform your landlord of your situation as soon as possible. Read More
