Good morning Sir/ Mdm,

If I am not wrong, you will be barred from housing grants for 1 year after cancellation of BTO application.

Please double confirm with HDB on this matter.

Hi,

1) First of all your option fees of $500 will be forfeited
2) You must wait out a 1 year period from the date of cancellation of the application before you can apply or be included as an essential occupier for a:
(a) New HDB flat
(b) DBSS flat from developers
(c) Executive Condominium unit from the developers
(d) Resale flat with CPF Housing Grant ***
(e) Resale flat that has been announced for SERS

3) You may see 2(d) that you will be debarred from any eligible for CPF housing grant but should be still eligible for proximity grant.
4) You may confirm the (3) by writing into the HDB for a black and white confirmation before your next action:
