There many successful agents who don’t drive. They take public transport, taxis and grab, and if they need a bigger vehicle to bring clients to a few places to view properties, sometimes they will hire a driver. It comes down to how you plan your business and budgeting. Owning your own car gives you convenience but there’ll be monthly commitment and expenses as well. Hi,
Having a car or not is not a necessity for real estate agents. But of course if you have a car, it makes it more convenient for you to go from point A to point B, without having to wait got a taxi or Grab. But the good point of not owning a car and taking taxi is - you can reply to your messages in the car or you can also schedule your viewing appointment in a driven car. You won't be able to do anything if you are the driver of the car.
