Once offer has been accepted, and option fee has been collected, the Seller will then grant the OTP. Buyer will retain the OTP as Buyer will require the OTP for Valuation purpose before exercising the OTP.

Usually when a buyer agrees on a pricing with seller, OTP will be granted once option money has been received by sellers.

Do you have a representative handling your purchase? Perhaps you can ask him/ her on the status?
