I've been living in Spore for almost 4 yrs now, and I'm thinking to settle down here and buy a small apartment instead of paying rent for over 2K per month. My questions is, is there a financial institution / bank that could help me as my saving & CPF is not enough to cover 20 % down payment for the apartment that I wanted.. ?
